I just have to take a moment to comment on the wonderful show Sunday night April 6th of “Idol Gives Back.” First of all, I am a very big fan of American Idol and I watch it annually. To me it’s a beautiful concept how young teens from unknown backgrounds can find their way to express their passion through a medium that allows them to showcase their singing talents in front of the American viewers. The slide show provided here http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24018568/from/ET/ is just an awesome inspiration to the American people to get involved in giving back. So many celebrities are involved as well, making it an exciting vehicle for everyone to participate in.

Jason Castro, left, and Kristy Lee Cook earned praise from “American Idol” judges Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell on Tuesday night, April 8th. I actually agree on this one this week, but still someone will be going home tonight, and somehow that is always a sad time for me. It’s amazing how attached you can become to these bright hopefuls.

Your body is an extremely intelligent machine, therefore, you must trick your body into losing weight by a method called calorie shifting.
